I have a Geissele SD3E trigger and although it costs more than the gun itself, the trigger pull is fantastic. The barrel thread is 1/2×28, so any muzzle device you want will fit the M&P 15-22. I added a silencer to mine, but Innovative Arms built the barrel with a full silencer.
One issue is that Plinker chargers don’t have an open load assistant like factory chargers. The only drawback of the Innovative Arms fully deadened barrel is the cost. It has a slim Magpul arm already attached and uses a trigger and milspec arm. You need to find ones that can slip through the buffer tube and get stuck.
